Thank you for choosing our clinic for your neurological diagnostic needs.
To ensure transparency and clarity, please review the following financial terms applicable to all consultations, diagnostic tests, and treatments:
1. Payment Terms and Conditions
- Payment is due in full prior to your appointment, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Please see below for more details and payment options.
2. Private Medical Insurance
- If you are insured, please provide us with the name of your insurance provide. We will then supply our provider number and procedure code relevant to your specific tests.
- You are responsible for obtaining a pre-authorisation code/claim number and confirming coverage directly with your insurer.
- Patients remain liable for any shortfalls, excess, or services not covered by their insurance policy.
3. Self-Funding Patients
- Payment is due in full prior your appointment, whether it is booked directly with us or via a hospital where we hold clinics.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards (apart from AMEX) and bank transfers.

4. Cancellations and Non-Attendance
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice, (equivalent to 2 working days) for cancellations or changes to appointment. Our working days are Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30.
- Late cancellations or failure to attend will incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the test fee at self-pay prices.
5. Outstanding Payments
- Patients are responsible for any outstanding balances, including insurance shortfalls, policy excess, or services not covered.
- All unpaid invoices must be settled within 14 days.
- Overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency, and any associated administration fees will be added to the original invoice.
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances and withhold further services until all outstanding payments – including rescheduling, cancellation, or administrative fees – have been settled.

Appointments will only be confirmed after Insurance authorisation or full payment has been received.
