Referral Procedure
At Wimbledon NeuroCare (WNC), all patients are required to be referred by a qualified medical professional prior to any consultation, diagnostic testing, or treatment. We accept referrals from General Practitioners (GPs), medical specialists, hospitals, and we support medicolegal work.
To initiate the referral process, the following must be provided:
- Complete the WNC Referral Form or fill out the online form here Refer a Patient.
- Provide a supporting referral letter with clinical details.
Referral Categories
1. Self-Referrals
Patients cannot self-refer. If you wish to be seen, please ask your GP to email the completed form and documents via email to info@wimbledon-neurocare.com
2. Private Patients
If you are under the care of a private Consultant or specialist, they may refer you directly.
If you have been booked in directly by hospital for Neurophysiology testing – we will get in touch with you prior your appointment for confirmation.
For Audiovestibular consultations. A list of Audiovestibular consultants is available here Consultants. WNC provides both the Consultation and the Audiovestibular testing.
Please ensure all referrers email the completed form and documents to info@wimbledon-neurocare.com
3. Overseas Referrals
If you are based overseas:
Ask your doctor to email a recent medical report (in English) to our WNC Head Office at: info@wimbledon-neurocare.com
Once received, our team will contact you to discuss next steps, consultant details, appointment scheduling, payment, and treatment information.
